These Crystal Bed sessions rejuvenate, balance and align your energy fields, raise the overall vibration of your energetic bodies to assist in overall wellness which in turn allows the crystals, frequency and light to work directly with you. All you need to do is lay down and relax while you listen to beautiful high frequency music and let the crystals and light do the rest!

In order to ease you into the powerful healing your three sessions will be as follows;
Session 1 - 20 mins
Session 2 - 40 mins
Session 3 - 60 mins

Once you have transitioned into these powerful energies with this intro package, you can book subsequent regular 45 or 60 minute visits as needed to continue to keep balanced.
